Laurien Papa Bartuccio is a writer, actor, and producer based in Naples, Florida. Her storytelling career began on stage as a child in New Jersey, continued through acting classes in New York and Florida (where she studied with Burt Reynolds), and evolved into a writing and producing journey rooted in bold female voices and real-life messiness. With experience in nonprofit leadership and the entertainment industry, Laurien creates stories champion reinvention, humor, and unapologetic truth-telling. She is currently working on a novel series and her first sitcom, Swiped Left.

Laurien is married to her amazing husband, Ken Bartuccio, her best friend and biggest supporter. Together, they’ve raised a beautiful blended family of eight children. Laurien credits her family with giving her endless inspiration (and just the right amount of chaos) to fuel her storytelling.

• Once had a starring role as “Dead Woman #3” in a crime reenactment show
• Has eight children and still manages to remember most of their names
